| The Embroidery Shop & Balsam Baskets will resolve customer service issues such as shipments lost by couriers, or damaged merchandise. Returns will be accepted within 15 days if the item has not been worn or used. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer unless there is an error by The Embroidery Shop & Balsam Baskets. A return authorization number must be assigned prior to the return of any merchandise and must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. You may contact us for an authorization number at 905-830-1827. A copy of the original invoice or packing slip must be included with the return. |
